What is the free shipping policy?
We provide free shipping for orders over Rs. 2000/-. For all other orders a flat Rs. 100/- is charged as delivery charges per order.

Why am I being charged for shipping?
We ship all orders via air freight using reputed couriers. Freight charges by these couriers are extremely steep. A small 1kg parcel costs us anywhere between Rs.190-200 to ship to you. We absorb a large part of this courier cost but are unable to absorb the entire cost, hence we pass on a small part of the charge to you. We assure you of the best possible service and we hope you will help us by bearing a part of this cost.

How can I pay for my order?
The following payment options are available: Cash on Delivery, Credit/ Debit Card, Net Banking, Bank Transfer, Payment via Cheque

In how many days will I receive my goodies?
All our deliveries are made within 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays)

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers and ship by air freight. In the unlikely situation that a product that is delivered to you is beyond expiry date or the packaging of the product is damaged, you can return such products back to us.

Are there any other hidden costs/ charges?
There are no extra charges in terms of taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping or handling charges based on weight. The price per product mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay.

I am ordering a gift for someone. Will it be delivered on the day I want?
If you are sending a gift, we would be happy to ensure that it reaches on the day you want it to! We love special occasions and would do our best to make sure your gift reaches when it is intended. While checking out and paying for your gift please indicate the date of delivery you would like.
