What all can I buy from your website?
Our online store has Gourmet Gifts and Gourmet Hampers . From these shops you can buy a variety Gourmet gifts and gourmet hampers of cheese accompaniments, Italian food products (including pastas, olives, Italian sauces, olive oils and vinegars), organic and exotic jams and honeys, health and breakfast items such as cereals, porridge and cereal bars, a range of products such as biscuits, cookies and chocolates and more.

Where all do you deliver?
We deliver across India. At some pin-codes we may not have cash on delivery service available. In case you face any difficulties while checking out, please call us or write to us at: customercare@gourmetcompany.in We currently do not deliver outside India. And we only service Cash on Delivery orders having invoice value below Rs. 25,000/-.

How do I place an order?
You can place your order online on our website or by giving us a call on 022-22810303 (Our phone order service is available from 9:30am-6:30pm Mon-Fri and 9:30am-2:00pm on Saturdays)

In how many days will I receive my goodies?
All orders are delivered within 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays). Delivery within Mumbai are made on the same day if orders received before 4:30pm and on the next day for orders received after 4:30pm. If you choose the Cheque or Bank Transfer payment option, your order will be processed once we receive the payment. We constantly track all orders once they leave our warehouse and in case of any delay in delivering your parcel, we will be in touch with you.

How do I make payments?
You can make payments via Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Cheque or Bank Transfer

I cannot find my credit/debit card listed in your payment options. What do I do?
Most major credit/ debit cards as well as netbanking is integrated on our website. If you are however unable to pay by card, you can always pay via cash on delivery or by sending us a cheque.

I want to give someone a gift. How do I go about this?
You can select one of our exquisite gifts from the “Gourmet Gifts” section. If you would like us to help you choose, please give us a call or write to us on: customercare@gourmetco.in and we will reply promptly! Alternatively, if you would like to put together your own selection of items – while checking out please tick the option that says “this is a gift” and enter your gift message!

Will the products reach me fresh?
We guarantee that all products from our website will reach you fresh. For perishable items such as cheese we take utmost care in packing to ensure freshness and no spoilage. In the unlikely situation that a product that is delivered to you is beyond expiry date or the packaging of the product is damaged, you can return such products back to us.
